Many participants were thrilled visiting Lombok, as Lombok turned into a new holiday destination. Participants were around 1,200, exceeded target 800.
Main topic was chosen with following reason, as mentioned in hisfarsintb.org:
Pharmacists nowadays are dealing with challenges to have comprehensive and competent roles. Pharmacists working at hospital should apply a patient-oriented point of view. In that case, pharmacists have to continuously improve their competency. They have to be able to manage pharmaceutical preparation and medical devices, do clinical pharmacy practices, and stay in touch with current pharmaceutical technology, so that pharmacist may contribute to healthcare.
Scientific Annual Meeting attracted many participants as they met, discussed, and learnt together with pharmacists all over Indonesia. They updated, shared pharmaceutical knowledge, and improved their competency.
Participants really enjoyed ‘Welcome Dinner’ next to Senggigi Beach, also listened to Mr. Harry Bagyo, pharmacist and commissioner of PT Widatra Bhakti (Widatra). He delivered speech about Communication Skill for Pharmacist. West Lombok Major, Mr. H. Fauzan Khalid, welcomed the participants. Traditional dances and quizzes made more fun.
