PT Widatra Bhakti (Widatra) rewarded umrah trip to outstanding and top-ranked salesperson. This reward was the third time, after absence for two years. Last year, the prize was Vietnam Tour to Ho Chi Min City and Ha Long Bay. However, management decided to bring umrah trip back again, since umrah is a precious spiritual journey to all moslems. For those who are non-moslems, the trip was equally set up.
Management appreciated sales and marketing team has a crucial role in the company. Sales and marketing team served customers so that loyalties of customers rose. For Widatra, customers must be handled very well by high dedicated Sales & Marketing team.
Nine salespersons from Widatra and 3 persons from PT. Merapi Utama Pharma (distributor) went umrah from April 17 – 26 2016. The trip ran smoothly and fine.
To improve sales skill, Widatra continuously trains its employee, including Sales Training Knowledge, Training Skill, Motivation and Medic Training, both in-house and by other institutes.
