Employees undergo professional training programs as part of an integrated and well structured human resources development program. These training programs are conducted by experienced professionals in collaboration with leading universities and other higher learning institutions. They involve a wide range of operational aspects from managerial skills to leadership programs. They also include technical and vocational trainings provided by international institutions such as JAVADA (Japan Vocational Ability Development), AOTS (Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship – Japan), and Technical Operating

Skills of Germany. WIDATRA also receives training programs that are given directly by OTSUKA, Japan.

Through trainings provided by major Principals WIDATRA equips its employees with the necessary tools and skills, enabling them to perform their work in a competent manner in accordance with not only Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), but also Good Distribution Practice (GDP) as well as Good Sales Practice (GSP) standards.
